Its easy to put together and has everything you need in the box. The backrest is a little hard but acceptable. I mainly bought this because of the adjustable lumbar mechanism, its far better than a fixed one or pillow. Almost no other chairs in this style have one at this price point. The seat was stiff at first, it took about a week of work from home to break in but since its been nice and comfortable. Not a super ergo mesh office chair by any means but its quite a bit better than most gaming chairs ergonomically. I've been using this chair for about two weeks now, mainly for gaming after work. The seat cushion is much firmer than my old chair, but after sitting for several hours I actually appreciate the extra support. The built-in lumbar adjustment is one of my favorite features because I can fine tune it instead of using a loose pillow. The armrests adjust in every direction, which makes it easy to find a comfortable position for both gaming and typing. Assembly took me around 30 minutes. A little firm upon initial use but the cushion eases in after a day of use and is perfectly comfy and cups you in the same way a car seat might. Way better then the usual gaming chairs u get at Walmart. I appreciate the lever that raises and lowers the backrest located directly to your right much like in a vehicle, way easier to reach. The backrest is a little firm but I dont mind. The only complaint I have is the chair sits a little low even at its highest setting. My arms rub the edge of the desk as a result.
