I really like this headset. I bought it to replace my LogiTech H340 headset that my company provided and I never really liked. The sound quality with the H391 is really good for meetings and general conversations, which is what I use them for. I have listened to music while working and the sound is full and crisp. The boom mic is sturdy and seems to work well as there have been no complaints about hearing me or any distortion. I like that the boom and the cord are on the left. Because I’m right handed I don’t find myself shifting the cord around if I’m typing or using my mouse. The USB-C connector fits snuggly, so no risk of it coming out or not making a proper contact, unlike the USB connector on the H340. The cord is thicker than most but it relaxes more than the typical thinner cords. I love the volume and mute control button. It’s larger than most which makes it easier to make adjustments without looking at it. The ear pads are very comfortable, much better than the H340 thin foam ear cover.. I would recommend this headset.

Logitech H391 Wired Headset
I bought these to use with my cell phone. I hate talking on cell phones. They are uncomfortable to hold, hard to hear. They have been designed for so many other functions, they are horrible telephones. Plus I usually need my hands free when I’m on the phone either to take notes, prepare food or sip my cocktail. And I’m not going to stick some bluetooth gizmo in my ear or any other battery powered device that dies at the worst possible moment. I’m used to using a cordless phone with a wired headset, hands free, comfortable and good sound. But it’s kind of ridiculous to pay for another phone that gets 95% spam calls.
So I bought this Logitech H391 Wired Headset to see if I can get rid of the land line. My first impression is it’s a little too tight and somewhat heavy. I tried to spring the headband a little to loosen them up but I don’t think it worked and I don’t want to break them. There should be one more slide on the headband for width. I’m going to keep using them and see if they get more comfortable. They do sound good, I haven’t really evaluated the noise canceling ability.
Update: I’ve been using these for about 2 months now and I have cancelled my VOIP phone line so it’s cell phone or nothing. My impression really hasn’t changed. They are too tight on my ears, they are too heavy. The line is too long and the gizmo in the line doesn’t seem to do anything and is bulky and heavy. People I’m talking too say the mic picks up a lot of ambient noise and wind noise. I like to talk to my family during cocktail hour and frequently sit outside so the wind noise issue is real. I may try to find some open cell foam to slip over the mic for a home made wind blocker.
Just in the time it took to type this update they got hot and my ears started hurting.
I’ve looked at others but I want the single USB-C plug, not some lash up with a USB-A to C adapter or similar. It shouldn’t be hard to find but so far I’m stuck with these.

The good: works great. Clear sound, no background noise and plugs directly into my phone or computer. Reasonably comfortable and lightweight. I prefer wired headphones as I am on the phone all day for work, and I don’t have to worry about battery issues or losing an ear bud. They seem sturdy and well constructed.
The not so great: The box arrived damaged and it was clearly an open box. I can’t tell if it was used or not, but it was definitely an open box and not packaged correctly.
I know amazon has a reputation for being a clearinghouse for this kind of thing, and you always take a chance, but it was a great price and the product works well and appears undamaged, so I’m keeping them.

Worst product! I am having horrible experience while on calls as there is 0% of background noise reduction or noise cancellation. Can’t even return it what a waste of money.

I have been using this headset with a Dell laptop running Windows. It’s been working flawlessly. It’s quite comfortable, and the audio quality is good. I like the remote control on the cable that allows you to change the volume. Overall, this is an excellent product for the price, exactly what I was looking for.

I bought this headset because it was inexpensive compared to wireless models. They work great, but the cord is awfully inconvenient. The major plus of this unit is the USB‑C plug, which allows it to connect to both a computer and a phone—in my case, a Pixel 9. However, when connected to my phone, the cord is so thick and long that it snags on just about everything, including cabinet handles and doorknobs. The sound it good, the microphone is sensitive. The unit works well but it’s the cord I wish I could do away with.

sound quality is faulty – intermittent cut out in audio. May have a short. I tried to make a warranty claim. Logitech asked me to send a copy of my amazon invoice, which I did. Then they send me this: Please attach a video showing the details in it (include all the details in a single video without cuts or edits).
1. The serial number of your device (Starts with S/N ends with 8) via the device not in written.
2. Your ticket number 17050231 handwritten on a piece of paper visible (Ticket number).
3. Demonstrating the issue you are facing.
Note: Please ensure the video is taken in a well-lit area so the video is very clear.
In other words – there isn’t a warranty

These are my go-to headsets for my office. They work well and are very reasonably priced. I do look out for sales elsewhere and sometimes get lucky. I’ve had my own set since pre-covid…still work great.

These are great for the price! Covers the ears so noise control is there and on point. Loudness is just right. Easy to use and affordable!
