With hours before I needed to sign a document and fax it back to a lawyer, my printer stopped working and complained that it was out of ink. I quickly ordered a cartridge from Amazon and they shipped it to me within 24 hours. It arrived in perfect condition and was well supported with leakproof packing in the box. I popped it easily into the printer and was able to print my document, sign it and send it off. It was easy to figure out which size I needed. It also arrived with instructions on how to recycle the old cartridge and the old cartridge could be returned in the box the new one came in and dropped off at a UPS.

One of these toners lasts us about four years. When we get the low toner warning we know that we have two or more months left before a replacement is needed. It has been easy to return the empty cartridge to Brother at no charge. We just reuse the cartridge box and packaging, and print out a shipping label.
