Loved the compact size and ease of using this battery backup without cords. I’ve had it for 1.5 years and probably used it 10 times total. I charge it occasionally to keep it ready as needed. If I had written this review shortly after purchasing it, I would have been very happy with it, however, it’s completely dead. I just came back from 30 day vacation and I used it most days. However, now while still on the trip, it completely died, it won’t charge anything and won’t charge itself.Need to find a charger that is small and will last longer,!Great costumer service!
