This was a replacement for a chair that we bought a couple years ago for a lot more money that had a really poor quality seat. It felt like you were sitting on concrete, and it had really bad casters. So we were looking for something with a high quality seat and decent width and really good quality casters. This seemed to fit the bill, but it was a little inexpensive and made me worry that the quality might suffer. The build was super fast and easy. Everything fit tight and all the parts were there and it was easy instructions. Everything was better quality than I imagined. But the biggest surprise was the seat cushion, you truly feel the difference that it truly does have coils in it. The new owner of this chair is 6 foot 1 and 235 pounds. He is so incredibly happy with the quality of this chair. The only thing that could be improved I think is the arm rests could be better, but everything else it is great.Leer másLeer menos

Truthfully? Shocked. In a good way. I was expecting middle quality, instructions that were terrible or in another language. I am glad to have been wrong. Chair is solid, steady and padding is thicker than I anticipated. The instructions were in color, easy to follow and had various instructions for each part. Picture diagram, direction, etc. Most detailed instructions I have seen. I expected middle, I got high tier in my opinion. Better than most chairs I have had over the years, hands down. Back support is there, it's easy to adjust and though the chair is steady, it still is gonna take time to get used to the reclining and how far back it goes. Worth every penny.Leer másLeer menos

I have to say I was really impressed that I received this chair one day before it was actually due to be delivered, I never received anything from Amazon to rate the product or the Seller, that's minor. the Chair is really easy to assemble (at least it was for me), but there are a few quality issues that should be made known, the lever that allows the operator to adjust the recline feature doesn't lock tightly and makes a very loud noise and the back of the chair moves a little after pick the position you're comfortable with , also the height cylinder loses pressure and the seat sinks down to the lowest level in its travel. As far as being a gaming chair, I would doubt that it would hold up to a young gamer, the arm rests aren't very stable. In my opinion this product should actually cost $20-$30 dollars less that it sells for. If I have to replace this chair somewhere down the road, I will not replace it with the same product.Leer másLeer menos

For the money, the quality seems really good. Not a big chair, I’m 175 lbs at 5,7 and I wouldn’t recommend is for any one much bigger than me, cause it’s not that big of a chair, not much cushioning on the backLeer másLeer menos

I purchased this chair to use at my work station. It looked great online, and I thought it would be the perfect addition to my setup.When it arrived, I took my time and followed the directions carefully. The assembly process was easy, and once it was built, it really did look and feel good. However, I noticed a couple of minor issues right away: the foot rest is a little too small to be of any real use, and it was hard to keep the back pillows in place.Unfortunately, after about a month of use, a major structural problem appeared. The arm on the left side of the chair bent. I am not a large person, so there wasn't a lot of pressure being applied. Where the arm is screwed to the seat, the metal slowly started to deform. Each time I pushed up out of the chair, you could feel it give a little more, and there was no way to bend it back.I am now stuck with a warped chair that I am actually afraid to use. I don't want to end up on the floor when the arm finally gives way completely.So, here I am with a worthless white chair. All I can say is be careful what you order—quality is a rare thing now.
