First of all: 10/10 seller\company. Absolutely couldn’t have asked for better especially considering it’s a little bit of a bigger item cost wise. It took me around an hour to put together (if I had to do it again it would only take maybe 40 min) and once together- everything functioned perfectly. The material of the seating is soft and smooth. Really comfortable. It’s super nice looking. Perfect height for anyone like myself or my son which I bought it for for his birthday. I know it’ll be easy to clean when the time comes. Now- as far as the seller. So- my son accidentally turned the chair a certain way too quickly and ripped the dang cord that’s double ended and has the black box +USB. I panicked trying to find a replacement but couldn’t find the exact one. So I contacted the seller. They were VERY fast on sending a replacement (and happily!) took SUCH a huge relief off of my shoulders since it was a birthday gift. I bought this chair for my 11yr old gamer.It is height and recliner adjustable with decent foot rest support.Assembling the chair was very easy.The instructions are very detailed and easy to follow.The hardware was conveniently packaged individually on one flat piece of cardboard and bundled per sub-assembly.It would have taken me approx. 1-1/2 to 2 hrs. if I used the included allen wrench but I used a drill with an attachment so it took me approx. 1 hr. to assemble.I had to do a little digging to find one of the LED cords because one of the connections was tucked inside the bottom cushion. This was not a big issue.It was fun playing with the multiple LED color modes. Our chosen mode looks great!The designers should include a pouch for a battery pack or a re-charging battery pack.I would not want to stress about running over cables or a hard disconnect on any USB cables connected to the hardware.The cushioning is of decent value for an individual without body aches and pains.Overall it is very good quality for the life (approx 2-yrs) of the product.I'm a 55yr. old woman, if I can assemble this chair within 1-hr, so can you!Happy New Year, happy gaming and good luck!Leer másLeer menos
